The Ballad of Mistress Agnes
'The Ballad of Mistress Agnes' is an animated short film based on a poem by Hungarian writer János Arany. It is about a woman who tortures herself with the guilt of her husband's murder. She washes her linen all day long, convinced forever that the blood stains are almost gone.
Blue Iris is working with animator / director Peter Zabb to complete his film for festival distribution in Winter 2011 / 2012.
